    Fitclub has been utilizing a hormone-balancing fat reduction method based on functional nutrition called Metabolic Analytics since 2014. This approach addresses the root causes related to lifestyle and hormonal balance, supporting clients in achieving effective and lasting body fat reduction.

    Metabolic Analytics is a non-invasive fat loss and wellness program developed by world-renowned strength coach Charles Poliquin. With over 30 years of data analysis and empirical research, this method identifies the correlation between fat storage and hormonal imbalances.     Rehabilitation and Pain-Free Training: 

    At Fit Club, we help clients improve their lifestyle habits, movement patterns, and posture to relieve pain and enable a healthier, more convenient daily life. For the general public, our approach provides a foundation for healthier living, while for athletes, it enhances performance and makes training more enjoyable.

    Our team is composed of trainers with backgrounds in physical therapy and Pain-free performance training, They carefully design scientifically based training programs tailored to each individual’s needs to support continuous progress. Through these exercises, clients can overcome pain and regain free, healthy movement.

    Frequency
    Pain pattern training is most effective when practiced frequently. We recommend 1:1 training sessions 3 to 4 times per week. If you have limited time with your trainer, we provide at-home workout programs so you can continue progressing independently between sessions, ensuring better results over time.
