    Weight Training Circuit Class (50 mins)

    Trainer : RAYANN ARAFÉ

    A total body weight training class that will make you sweat. With a conditioning warm-up, it’s perfect for fat loss, muscle gain, and boosting performance.

     

    Schedule: Every SATURDAY at 10AM starting November

    Participants: Limited to 10 people per class

    1 Trail session 35,000KRW

    4 Sessions: 120,000 KRW

    10 Sessions: 280,000KRW

    (The total prices are included 10% VAT)
