WHAT WE DO AT FITCLUB

FitClub Personal Training Studio in Itaewon, Seoul, is a specialised health and fitness studio for people who want to take part in our body and lifestyle changing programs.

We work with personal trainers who have been in the fitness and health industry for 10 years or more providing services including weight loss, body transformation, muscle gain and general health programs.
All our trainers are passionate about giving their best to clients and are certified with locally and internationally recognised qualifications which they update as often as possible.

Our facilities include a small 1-on-1 Pilates workout area and a full personal weight training workout space for the trainers to work with you on your goals. All the equipment is selected to be the best of its type which allows us to get 100% from your time in the studio.

Most adults have muscle or joint problems that make everyday life harder than it should be. These problems can be prevented or helped by the principles of Pilates – these reprogram better habits after years of bad habits. Weight training has been proven to have many benefits such as better muscle function, improved health and better appearance.

We will create a structured program based on information from your consultation

Come in for your first session which includes postural assessment, functional assessment and your first workout

Start your regular workouts with a program modified according to specific details from your first session
