Our team is composed of trainers with backgrounds in physical therapy and Pain-free performance training, They carefully design scientifically based training programs tailored to each individual’s needs to support continuous progress. Through these exercises, clients can overcome pain and regain free, healthy movement.
Frequency
Pain pattern training is most effective when practiced frequently. We recommend 1:1 training sessions 3 to 4 times per week. If you have limited time with your trainer, we provide at-home workout programs so you can continue progressing independently between sessions, ensuring better results over time.
