With a conditioning warm-up, it’s perfect for fat loss, muscle gain, and boosting performance.
Schedule : Tuesday &Saturday at 11AM and Thursday at 10AM
Participants : Limited to 10 people per class
1 Session : 33,000 KRW
4 Sessions : 120,000 KRW (Valid for 5 weeks)
10 Sessions : 280,000 KRW (Valid for 12 weeks)
